Shipping

Pet Planet Outlet can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. In the shopping cart you can predetermine the shipping cost.

Choose from Two Service Levels

We offer 2 basic levels of service for shipping your orders from Pet Planet Outlet, listed in order from longest to shortest shipping timeframes (and lowest to highest cost):

• Standard – item typically arrives in 4-8 business days
• Expedited – item typically arrives in 3-4 business days

(Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)

Shipping Refunds

Pet Planet Outlet will credit all reasonable and customary freight charges for products that arrive damaged. We inspect all returns to verify the product delivered was damaged. We also credit all reasonable and customary freight charges if you receive the wrong item.

Pet Planet Outlet reserves the right to deny any return. Pet Planet Outlet reserves the right to determine the amount to refund on all shipping cost. 

Please Note

• Standard delivery and special order delivery items can be delivered to addresses in the continental U.S. only. They cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes addresses.
• No weekend deliveries are available for Expedited service.
